iFacility Software and Design strives to offer the highest level of quality and service to every customer. In order to achieve this we follow a set of guidelines:

  • Concept artwork will be issued before any designs are approved and accepted.
  • New domain name registrations will be completed within 24 hours if processed manually, or instantly using any of our automated ordering processes.
  • Any domain name disputes will be handled by an approved third-party.
  • Clustered hosting accounts are offered with a 99.9% uptime guarantee.

 

Our complaints procedure

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product or service you have received from iFacility Software and Design, we recommend you first give us a call on 01827 230555 or send us an e-mail to support@ifacilitysoftware.com. We will always strive to offer a mutually acceptable resolution to your problem immediately over the phone, or within 24 hours via e-mail.

Our offices are open Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm GMT.

 

Unhappy with our resolution?

If you are unhappy with the resolution offered to you, the next step of the complaints procedure is to submit your complaint in writing. This should be sent to our offices at the address below:

iFacility Software and Design Ltd, Fort Dunlop, Fort Parkway, Birmingham, B24 9FE.

Your complaint will then be reviewed, and a written response will be issued within 28 days, unless we inform you otherwise at the time of receiving your complaint. Please remember to include as much information as possible.
